Custom Design & Engineering
We design custom electronics to solve specific problems. Working from your requirements, we develop the complete design — from circuit concept and component selection through to a custom PCB when the application requires it. Each design is engineered for its intended environment, whether that's an industrial setting, a marine installation, or an automation system, accounting for the conditions it will operate in. The result is a solution built around your exact needs.
Build & Installation
With the design finalised, the unit is assembled and tested before it leaves the workbench, fitted into an enclosure appropriate for the conditions it will face. Some units are shipped ready for the customer or their technician to install directly. Where it makes sense, we handle the installation ourselves — mounting the unit, wiring it into existing systems, and confirming everything performs as intended once connected.
Systems Integration
Equipment from different manufacturers, or from different decades, often has no straightforward way to work together. We build the link between them — reading data from one system and presenting it in a form the other can accept. This covers protocol conversion, signal translation between interfaces, and custom hardware that sits between two systems and makes them communicate. It applies equally to adding modern sensors to an established monitoring setup and to connecting equipment that was never designed with the other in mind.
